Embrace the midi. You may as well just give in to temptation already because this new silhouette isn't going anywhere... It's perfect for gals in the in between who don't like the sound of a mini and whose maxi-length skirts and dresses are collecting dust (like mine are, partially because I'm still not sure if my height suits them).

This Staple The Label beauty I scored at the Styling Suite a few months back caught my eye immediately, despite telling everyone a second prior that I own too many stripes and had to steer clear... "But it's a different kind of stripe... and it's a different length!" I tried to justify the second I slipped into its soft, stretchy goodness. I haven't looked back, and you shouldn't have to look further than the little collection of midi's I've put together for you below!

If you're stumped for ideas on how to maximise wear out of the style, try:

     1. Pairing it with heels for outings, while opting for Birkenstocks or sneakers for a casual look
     2. Adding a cropped jacket to break the fabric apart a bit on your body and making sure to try on different fits to find the perfect style that flatters your figure

And, let's go for the obvious but perfect option:

     3. The crop and midi skirt pairing that's taken the world by storm in various form of matching co-ordinates, or clashing prints and textures.

Have I convinced you yet?

RECAP - FANTASTIC FASHFEST

FASHFEST promised excitement and a feast for the eyes, and boy did it deliver! Remember how I said I would need sunglasses as this would be Canberra's opportunity to blind me? Well they did. It’s a total fashion experience, from the moment I took my prime runway seat, until I enjoyed my last sip of champagne at the after party, it was pure enjoyment that I consumed with absolute pleasure.
FASHEFEST 2017 REVIEW

Imagine a Meerkat standing up, that was me as I watched the bevy of models head down the catwalk. FASHFEST was full of surprises and that is what fashion is.

It is great to see the support to the artists in so many fields from music, lighting, building, designers, make up and hair artists as well as models and designers, providing them with a stepping stone to national and ever-growing global fashion market. We are so lucky to have an event like this in Australia that showcases local and interstate and New Zealand designers, models, hair and make up artists and the industry.

After the disappointment that was Melbourne Fashion Week only a few weeks ago, I was feeling a little deflated but after 3 days in Canberra I feel that my faith has been restored in Australian fashion and what can happen when you have a group of dedicated and passionate people work together to achieve a common goal.

CANBERRA

Once I stepped off the plane at Canberra airport with suitcase in tow, I promptly embraced Canberra by meeting with Karen Lee from Karen Lee Designs  learning about her love of all things black. Whilst I was at Assemblage Project in it's wonderful retail come studio space in the heart of Canberra, I was lucky enough to have a sneak peak at what would be showcased on the runway and see a fitting occur. The space is completely open with no hidden back rooms, exposing an all in one transparent design process.

From touring backstage and meeting with models, taking a seat besides the directors chair watching the wonderful hair and make up teams work and the creative process and nurturing environment was extraordinary. It was a pleasure to feed off the electric energy that I witnessed backstage that then surged onto the catwalk at National Convention Centre Canberra.

As the morning rose on day 2 I had a meet and greet with Clint Hutchinson and was keen to learn more about how he and his lovely wife Andrea took the leap into the fashion arena and created FASHFEST. It was a pleasure meeting Clint and hearing many stories that I was so enthralled I forgot to write things down. Our conversation turned to Braddon Tailors and led to discussions about their bespoke formal and dapperly delicious suits, and everything in between. Not just for the gents. I was like a trend pig in heaven when I was shown a purple velvet men't suit! You can see the passion for customer service with small details such as personalised embroidery and over 2000 fabrics to choose from!

Over the course of three days I watched endless models parade some of the most colourful and innovative fashion that I have seen on the catwalks in Australia in a very long time. I chatted with beautiful faces of the festival who strutted down the white catwalk and had the opportunity to even be tutored about how to master the perfect catwalk bounce as you walk the 30 metres down the runway. There is some bright fresh faced young models who I will be watching very closely.
FASHFEST BETTER THAN MFW
Image: GFASHCOLLECTIVE

It is always a pleasure seeing designers display their latest creations down the catwalk and many of these collections gave me a spine tingling experience. Onto some of my personal favourites:

Students are always a favourite of mine as the next wave of up and commers throw caution to the wind. The menswear within both of CIT shows was so refreshing and elaborate and cannot wait to see where some of these designers head after completing their studies.
Image: GFASHCOLLECTIVE

The uplifting spectacle that blew me away and made me stop breathing. This showcase had everything! Sequins, more sequins, high waists, it was an army of ultra feminine that could easily be in a Beyonce film clip. it was FASHUUUUNNN!
Image: GFASHCOLLECTIVE

Glamorous and sultry dresses and pant suits in vibrant hues that showcase a woman's body. Keep an eye on this young designer, her attention to detail and construction is phenomenal and she uses colour is a fun fresh way.

Comprising of designs ready for the consumer, personally I found the creative aesthetic to be Westwood like. Karen's designs do not follow current trends and what is in season and the strong display of black keeps everything chic and focuses on quality fabrics.

Designs that expressed diversity for the kiddies. There was some great pieces in this collection including a velvet mandarin collared blazer that I wish came in adult size.

Clothes that had been executed to the highest standards with such fun prints that had been designed by Yumi Morrissey. I adore my colour and Yumi delivered an outstanding colourful collection that is just in time for Spring/Summer.

Characteristics of European design and sculptural quality, it was refreshing to see uplifting colours and fabrics used in suiting for both men and women. There was so many pieces I was squealing internally for with their individuality and strong details.
FASHION SHOWS AUSTRALIA

Meeting industry experts and hearing their inspiring stories and them answering many a burning question I had, was a true highlight of the 3 days. There is an abundance of knowledge in this country, a level of skill and a willingness to collaborate and share information that flowed throughout the festival.

Image: GFASHCOLLECTIVE

I have quickly come to the conclusion that there is no better stage or in this case, catwalk, to showcase so many wonderful emerging Australian talents. FASHSFEST promised and delivered the program, bridging the worlds between fashion, art and music. I returned home and marked FASHFEST on my fashion calendar for next year in bright texta and you should do the same.

RECAP - MELBOURNE FASHION WEEK

Melbourne Fashion Week took over the footpath of Swanston Street for its annual week long offering that launches the beginning of Spring and Summer and the social season in which Melbourne comes alive.

The fashion obsessed flowed into the Melbourne Town Hall to view the latest offerings from both designers and retailers with their glasses of champers in hand. It is always a great environment to catch up with your fellow stylish friends, see familiar faces behind a camera and meet new and exciting people that your normally only communicate with through your instagram feed. The MFW Bar meant serious business inside with its set up and exhibition space, which unfortunately did not flow outside to the claustrophobic outdoor area on the footpath either side of the entrance.

For dedicated fashion addicts there were a handful of people on the street that peaked my interest. Hoards of bloggers, influencers and wannabes presented their best offerings for the camera's as they circled the block. As you know the louder and more individual you are in your clothes, the more likely you are to peak the interest of the papz and be snapped. In this case I felt like I was stuck inside a photo shoot for a menswear suit catalog. After a week of viewing the street styles I was left with the impression that Australian menswear fashion is still relatively conservative, with not much evolution between seasons or even years. Thankfully there were standouts from the ladies who bought their A game to the footpath injecting understated chicness and colourful combinations whilst braving the chilly nights.

Trends that dominated the footpath outside the shows:

Street Luxe - The number one dominating trend was the mixing of streetwear with high fashion. Of course all black ensembles were everywhere, and the opposite. All white was also present like a flock of seagulls searching for a potato chip.

Florals - As Miranda Priestly so eloquently put it, florals for Spring. Groundbreaking. Let's move on.

Belts - Belts were everywhere. Some good, some bad and some that I will be happy to never see again. If I see one more GG gold belt I think I will scream as it has replaced the tiresome YSL tassel bag that every woman has been renting for the last year.

Men in Suts - When it comes to men's suits there were some stylish accessories to set off the slim tailored fits that were on display. Plenty of pocket squares and lapel pins which showed individuality of the wearer. There were minimal pleated trousers which have been huge in Europe for the last two years and plenty of loafers with no socks. Special shout out to the gents who took the stuffiness out of menswear and wore something a little different and didn't play it safe. Bravo.

Pretty Ugly Shoes - Delighted to see so many wonderful shoes with different hardware and embellishments in a variety of styles both on men and women. Thigh high leather tan boots on women with chunky heels were a regular staple. The elaborate shoes would not normally be considered pretty but the vulgarity and opulence was beautiful and refreshing to see in Melbourne. ADORE!

Fur - Fur accessories adorned everything from earrings to bags and shoes. Poor little critters will live on for seasons to come after being dyed in fabulous colours providing a lux
vibe to ensembles.

Most of the shows were exactly as I feared, producing safe visions of well groomed and pruned ensembles ready for the horse racing season in a few months. The flare for dramatics or igniting a point of difference was eliminated by many big designers that played it safe and delivering much of what they have for the previous seasons. However there were a few examples of inspiration and creativity that will be burned in my mind for a while. Don't forget to follow me on Instagram for updates

Garage Runway - As much as I enjoy a good summer dress, there was a lot of black and muted tones or uninspiring patterns that were constantly reused. I understand ethical fashion and the need to be wise with materials, but without variety comes boredom. I have seen so many dresses inspired by Queen B's baseball bat twirling dress to last me a lifetime.

Menswear Garage - Alike the aforementioned it was held in the basement of the Melbourne Town Hall, the likes of Amxander, Jack London, Autonomy, Chris Ran Lin and Dom Bagnato sent styles down the runway that unfortunately did not peak my interest. Following European trends with oversized bumbags across the chest and numerous patterned materials that were reused for different pieces, there were a few nice pieces but nothing that made me gasp. The overall vibe of the show was trying to be edgy with the model selection, music, skateboards and styling, that it all felt the same. I left a little deflated after this showing.

David Jones - The creative styling team behind the show should be commended for creating safe ensembles that would peak the interest of suburban housewives and gents who require a suit for the races. A huge retailer like David Jones do know their target audience very well and this showcased their knowledge of their consumer, right down to the YSL heels or The Kingsman inspired gentlemen that will soon appear on movie screens.

Premium Runway Four - Finally an injection of what fashion means to me. There were opulent embellishments, tassels, fabric choices, voluminous sleeves and dramatics in the styling including a little homage to good old Formation film clip. The line up of deisgners meshed well together although once again there was a little too much black on the catwalk for my liking, but it is Melbourne after all and black sells.

Premium Runway - Closing - The saying "Leave the best to last" was true of closing night of the festival with some inspirational displays sent down the ice melting runway. In a week that started off rather underwhelming it was good to wrap the festival up on a positive note with some of Australia’s most popular labels such as Romance Was Born, solid stand out for me.

After a few seasons not attending what was Melbourne Spring Fashion Week and rebranded MFW, it was pleasant to see new ideas influence the program and inject some much needed innovation into the festival. Melbourne has serious pride in it's events and the team behind Melbourne Fashion Week should be commended for staying current and on trend whilst producing a solid program. A huge shout out to the volunteers who spent 12 hour days holding the festival together. Round of applause.

I believe that some of the designers need to lift their game if they wish to retain current supporters of their brands, or attract new customers. By the end of the week photographers were not on the streets, media pit at the end of the runway appeared a little thin and there were many empty seats in the town hall creating an underwhelming atmosphere. With Melbourne Fashion Festival receiving an injection of funding from the State Government recently it will be interesting to see if the fashion capital is big enough for both Fashion Week and Fashion Festival. Let the catwalk battles begin.

One of the highlights of the night has to be Diane Von Furstenberg presenting Beyoncé with the Fashion Icon Award: the superstar took the stage in an eye-catching Givenchy outfit and made a touching speech about her family and the power of fashion.

Among the past Fashion Icon honorees we have Rihanna, Pharrell Williams, Johnny Depp, Lady Gaga, Iman, Kate Moss, Sarah Jessica Parker and Nicole Kidman.
beyonce+2016+CFDA+Fashion+Awards

Read Beyonce’s full speech:
“I feel so much love and I feel so proud right now. Thank you guys for this incredible honor. As long as I can remember, fashion has always been a part of my life. Its effect on me actually started before I was born. Most of you guys don’t know this but my grandmother was a seamstress. My grandparents did not have enough money and could not afford my mother’s Catholic school tuition, so my grandmother sewed clothes for the priests and the nuns, and made uniforms for the students in exchange for my mother’s education. She then passed this gift down to my mother and taught her how to sew.

When we were starting out in Destiny’s Child, high-end labels didn’t really want to dress four black, country, curvy girls. And we couldn’t afford designer dresses and couture. My mother was rejected from every showroom in New York. But like my grandmother, she used her talent and creativity to giver her children their dreams. My mother and my Uncle Johnny, God bless his soul, designed all of our first costumes and made each piece by hand, individually sewing hundreds of crystals and pearls, putting so much passion and love into ever small detail. When I wore these clothes on stage I felt like Khaleesi. I had an extra suit of armor. It was so much deeper than any brand name.

My mother — who’s so fabulous and beautiful and is here tonight, I love you — my grandmother, and my uncle were always with me so I could not fail. My mother actually designed my wedding dress, my prom dress, my first CFDA Awards dress, my first Grammy dress, and the list goes on and on and this to me is the true power and potential of fashion. It’s a tool for finding your own identity, expression, and strength. It transcends style and is a time capsule of all of our greatest milestones. So to my mother, my uncle, my grandma, thank y’all. Thank you for showing me that having a presence is far more than the clothes you wear and your physical beauty. Thank you for showing me to never take no for an answer. Thank you for showing me how to take risks, work hard, and live life on my own terms.

I want to say thank you to every designer who works tirelessly to make people feel like they can write their own stories. Y’all are fairy godmothers, magicians, sculptors, and sometimes even therapists. I encourage you to not forget this power you have or take it lightly. We have an opportunity to contribute to a society where any girl can look at a billboard or magazine cover and see her own reflection. Soul has no color, no shape, no form. Just like all your work it goes so far beyond what the eyes can see. You have the power to change perception, to inspire and empower, to show people how to embrace their complications and flaws and see the true beauty that’s inside all of us. Thank you so much for this incredible award I’ll never forget this night. Got bless y’all.”

These words are truly inspiring, we appreciate that she took that moment to thank all the people that worked hard to support her career. Isn't this a true Queen?

Ok, let's not forget the purpose of this article: what about the red carpet?

Best Dressed
Beyoncé in Givenchy
Demure, elegant, classic, costumy...call it as you want it, but this look to us is a win.
We all were expecting the next sheer embellished gown, but Beyoncé surprised all of us in a crystals-embellished Givenchy suit.
The hat is a reminder of the Lemonade's era, as well as a smart advertise for her Formation World Tour.
Fashion as a communication tool: the queen slayed again.

Elsa Hosk in Naeem Khan, Shanina Shaik in Givenchy, Jessica Hart in The Row
Elsa Hosk stole our hearts wearing a custom Naeem Khan gold jumpsuit.
This look could have easily looked messy, if overstyled: fortunately this is not the case, because at the end of the day it's not simple to deal with net, sheer patterns, metallic emebellishments and fringes at the same time!
The new Victoria's Secret angel completed her look with statement earrings, light make-up and elegant waves.

Australian beauty Shanina Shaik opted for something less flashy, as she wore a light Givenchy dress. At first sight it felt too simple for the occasion, but it is impossible to not appreciate the proportion, the silhouette, the cuts and drapes of this beautiful design. Shanina styled her outfit with a dainty necklace, which matched the triangular shaped cut-outs of the dress, Tamara Mellon sandals with clear vinyl inserts and a fur Lanvin purse.

Jessica Hart was all about minimal designs last night, as she wore a three piece silk ensemble and Alexandre Birman 'Clarita' velvet sandals.

Worst Dressed
Taylor Hill in Thakoon, Constance Jablonski in J. Mendel, Adriana Lima in Marc Jacobs
It hurts to see such beautiful women wearing expensive looks that do nothing for their figure: let's get a closer look...
First we have Taylor Hill in what we could easily describe as Granny-chic or Hamish couture: this Thakoon's design definitely needed a bit more drama.

Costance Jablonski seems to have borrowed Taylor's stylist for the night: just another beautiful design...by aprons' standards.

Last but not least one of the most beautiful models in the indutry, Adriana Lima, trapped in a Marc Jacobs suit, that simply does nothing for her bombshell figure.

Marc Jacobs controls Lady Gaga, Miley Cyrus and more

My name is Angel Barta, I'm writer and fashion designer. Marc Jacobs has been stealing my ideas for 5 years, read how I met him, details here. He fooled me with love and kept me in psychological torture. He is a cruel Godfather behind his funny Sponge Bob Mask.

Marc Jacobs' power over Kanye West

Watch Kanye West before fame. He talks about Marc Jacobs at 0:50

Marc Jacobs got a more million dollar Louis Vuitton contract for Kanye a few years ago. Kanye launched a sneakers collection with Louis Vuitton. Kanye's been grateful for Jacobs since then. Jacobs controls Kanye in many ways. It was Marc's idea for Kim Kardashian to wear that Givenchy dress. He wanted to make fun of the pregnant woman at the Met Ball.( Last year everyone was making fun of Jacobs in the lace see-through shirt dress that he was wearing at the Met Ball. ) He even made Kanye steal an old Hungarian song.

Marc Jacobs at the MET Ball last year. He was the highlight of the event. This year he made Kim Kardashian to be the most talked about guest of the Ball.

Have you heard that Kanye West in 2013 stole a more than 40 years old Hungarian song?

This song has been my inspiration for designing for many years. It's one of my favorite songs. Obviously Jacobs asked Kanye to play that old Hungarian hit song.

Kóbor János the singer of Omega claimed he will sue Kanye for sampling Gyönyhajú Lány(The organs from New Slaves) and not crediting them.He already hired an international lawyer to start the confrontation. They can't sue Kanye yet because it was only played on walls and on SNL and it's not official. But if it mades the Album he promised he will step in the ring.
It's funny because the 66 buildings experience was filmed on the singer's 70th birthday

Many people have identified the sample at use towards the end of the new track that Kanye West premiered on (almost) 66 buildings and Saturday Night Live this past weekend.
The music? A Hungarian band called Omega, who released ”Gyöngyhajú Lány” (translated as The Girl with Pearly Hair) in 1969.

It seems that Kanye has had enough of Jacobs power over him. Kanye recently revealed to W magazine that he wrote the humble little ditty after an “unnamed designer” invited him to his show–on the condition that West not attend any other shows that season.
"Cause it’s like, Yo! Nobody can tell me where I can and can’t go,” West lamented in the interview with W, " Man, I’m the number-one living and breathing rock star. I am Axl Rose; I am Jim Morrison. You can’t say that you love music and then say that Kanye West can’t come to your show.( Kanye's problem must be way more than just a fashion show invitation. Jacobs has been controlling him for many years.) via fashionsta.com

And now the question is: Who was the offending designer? Fashionista is assuming it was someone who showed during Paris fashion week (West also mentions a French restaurant in “I Am a God). That's right, someone from Paris.

That unnamed designer is definitely Marc Jacobs.
Kanye used to attend his fashion shows each season. He has not attented any LV Womenswear show for 2 years, he only attends the Mens LV show.In 2011 Kanye wasn't invited to the Louis Vuitton show, details nymag. I suppose they could not agree on MJ's conditions.  By the way this exclusive condition is not new to Jacobs. He usually has some models walk his show with "exclusive condition". So the model can walk ONLY his fashion show (for free), no other fashion shows. The Marc Jacobs runway models are paid in trade ( they can chose a piece of clothing). There was a big scandal in 2012 with Jacobs non-paying his models. I told you, Jacobs is egomaniac.
Marc Jacobs' power over Kanye West, Katie Grand, whose idea was to launch the LOVE Magazine?

Marc`s best friend Lorenzo with Givenchy`s Ricardo Tisci

Why is Kanye wearing kilt on his performances?

Because his `buddy` MJ tells him so.

Kendall Jenner walked the Marc Jacobs fashion show in a completely sheer top, it was her modeling debut.

Kendall Jenner presented the Fashion Media Award for Katie Grand in 2014 september
 Kendall said at the award:
“The first time I discovered LOVE, I realized the editor in chief, Katie Grand, had a fantastic, cool way of showing fashion. Fast-forward to my very first time doing NY Fashion Week—my agency called to say that I’d be meeting her for the Marc Jacobs show. I was so nervous, kind of like I am right now. Lucky for me, Katie was super nice and she booked me for the show. Since then we’ve shared many adventures, including my very own cover of LOVE.

Marc Jacobs supports and controls Kendall Jenner as well.

How does Marc Jacobs control celebrities?

He controls them through fashion photographers. ( for example Miley Cyrus through Terry Richardson)
Marc Jacobs and his power on celebrities....

1st. Marc Jacobs and Lady Gaga

Did you know that Jacobs has Lady Gaga in his pocket?

Here are some interesting information for you...
Lady Gaga, Marc Jacobs and Lorenzo Martone

Lady Gaga dressed up as a saint with halo around her head and
sang for Jacobs at his party in 2009

Marc Jacobs and Lady Gaga kissing

Marc Jacobs and Lady Gaga

Marc Jacobs pulls Gaga`s strings. He talked her into getting an Angel inked on her head. It is not enough for Marc Jacobs, that Lady Gaga is wearing my style, the Angel Barta style ( for example the huge bows) he even wanted her to have an Angel tattoo on her head. He wants to control everyone!
Why does the famous Lady Gaga let a fashion designer to control her?
Because she need the magazine covers, and the well-paying campaign contracts that Marc Jacobs gives her.

Marc Jacobs copied my own designed large fuchsia bow and made Gaga to wear it.

Marc Jacobs even designed a Louis Vuitton wheelchair for Gaga.

Lady Gaga with Marc`s supporter Lorenzo Martone
So how does Jacobs control the entire fashion industry?

First, he buys the people. He gets them good jobs. For example for Inez and Vinoodh photographer duo. He got them Louis Vuitton campaign contracts many times and now he got them a very big job: The latest video clip of Lady Gaga. He tells them what he wants in the clip and they realize Jacobs` fantasy in the video clip.

Lady Gaga with Inez
The official music video for Lady Gaga’s new track “Applause” has released. They first presented the song last week, followed by a sexy topless spread that the singer had in the latest issue of V Magazine. Photographer duo Inez & Vinoodh produced both the V Magazine spread and now also directed the new music video for the single. Inez and Vinoodh used to make all the Louis Vuitton campaigns, they are great friends of Jacobs. MJ recently gave them the Miu Miu and Nina Ricci campaigns instead of the LV (Steven Meisel shoots the LV campaigns since 2008)... Plus, they `discovered` the first of Marc`s Hungarian model,s Eniko Mihalik in 2008. They booked her for an exclusive 6 months contract.

There is another editorial that belongs to Marc Jacobs in the same issue of V magazine. Australian model Miranda Kerr embodied the HUNGARIAN adult film actress Cicciolina. How interesting is that the model is wearing Louis Vuitton and Givenchy dresses. ( I am Hungarian too)

Miranda Kerr embodies Hungarian Cicciolina in V magazine

The Art of Travel Louis Vuitton campaign was shot by Inez and Vinoodh fronted by Marc Jacobs` favorite American model Arizona Muse, who was discovered by him, she first walked the Marc Jacobs and Prada shows.
The story of the campaign: Admiring the Mona Lisa, she realizes a man is following her. After finding she is the only one to have the key to a mysterious trunk where a letter is hidden, she accepts Vuitton’s invitation to a journey, disappearing in a hot air balloon above Paris.

Here is another example... Arizona featured in the Louis Vuitton Cruise Catalog, where Jacobs copied many of my personal pictures. Jacobs follows me everywhere. He hired people to take photos of me on the street. Then he copied the moments of my life for his Cruise Catalog.
The story of the Catalog is quite similar to the Art of Travel campaign`s story: The girl walks on the streets of Paris and a mysterious man is following her everywhere.

Jacobs copied a scene from my book,  `The Secret Love Affair in Paris` which was published in 2010 in Hungary.
Arizona sitting at the Café du Flore while a man is watching her, just like in my book

Not long after I made pictures at Place Vendome for my Angel Barta Lookbook wearing my own designs, Marc Jacobs copied my pictures with the SAME photographers and the same model from the Louis Vuitton campaign. Jacobs asked them to make a `smiling at Place Vendome` editorial for Vogue Paris. The model had show a big happy smile on EACH pictures just like I did in my lookbook a few months earlier during the haute couture fashion week.

How can a fashion designer control the world famous celebrities?

Well, in Jacobs' case easily.
Do you know why Madonna sings and dances they Jacobs wants her to? Why did Madonna sing a song with Jacobs' favorite singer M.I.A ( who featured in the Marc by Marc Jacobs campaign in 2008)?

Because Jacobs gave her the Louis Vuitton 1 year long contract in 2009.
Madonna got $10 million for the campaign. Since then Madonna is grateful for Jacobs.

Marc Jacobs got inked the word " Shameless" on his chest... Even he admits and knows how cruel and shameless he is!
Marc Jacobs by Terry Richardson

Marc Jacobs and Miley Cyrus... another celebrity controlled by the egomaniac MJ.

Marc Jacobs first invited Miley for his fashion show in 2013 February, then made Miley to dress up the same way I did on my photos last summer in 2012.

The latest video clip of Miley the " We Can't Stop" was the idea of Jacobs. He pulls Miley`s strings too.
Jacobs first copied my high-waisted black shorts for his Winter 2013 Collection...
Miley goes everywhere wearing cropped tops, highwaisted shorts with black thigh-high boots lately.

Miley Cyrus attended a private party held by Marc Jacobs in Savannah, Georgia, on October 14 2010. Miley hit up the party held in honor of Robert Duffy.

Miley goes naked for Marc Jacobs

Marc Jacobs controls Miley from the background. Her performance at the VMA 2013 was completely MJ's idea.

Update! 2013 October!
In a new interview with Rankin’s Hunger magazine, Cyrus credits Jacobs—who recently featured her naked on a t-shirt to promote skin cancer awareness—for her introduction into the world of high fashion.

I work a lot with Marc Jacobs. He kind of brought me into fashion like when I was 16, that was when I started being around him and just learning from him. He kind of let me inspire some of his pieces and now I feel like its just having the right people around you.

Did you know that photographer Terry Richardson invited Miley to his studio just a few weeks before her VMA performance?

Marc Jacobs`s best buddy  `uncle Terry` taught Miley how to dance at the VMA`s....

The new video clip of Robin Thicke`s Give it 2 U song came out today, 2 days after his performance with Miley.  The lyrics proves that Marc Jacobs has a big influence on singers, song writers, etc.
Listen to the song at: 1:47 and at 3:18... Robin stops singing and says: ANGEL ( which is my name)... how bizarre! Jacobs gives a sign hidden in the video, 2 times .

 The lyrics:

Hey girl
You know you're looking so damn fly
You looking like you fell from the sky

Angel
You know make a grown man cry

I wanna give it to you tonight
And make everything you fantasize
Come true, ooh baby

Miley Cyrus with Marc's business partner Robert Duffy

Miley Cyrus presented Marc Jacobs and his business partner Robert Duffy with the Superstar Award at Fashion Group International's 30th Annual Night of Stars on Tuesday, Oct. 22 2013.

Miley Cyrus with her supporters: Marc Jacobs and Robert Duffy. The men who are responsible for her new shocking image.

At the AMA 2013 Miley Cyrus copied
the cat hologram idea of a Hungarian band called 'Belga'.

Marc Jacobs controls photographer Terry Richardson too.
He is the originator behind many of Richardson`s perverse editorials.
How can he control Richardson?

The answer is simple: Jacobs gets Terry very well-paying jobs. ( Just like he did for Inez and Vinoodh for the Gaga clip)... and Terry can not say no to money!

For example in 2011, Terry followed Gaga on her “Monster Ball” tour taking behind the scenes pics, 350 of which made it into his book Lady Gaga X Terry Richardson. Post reports that Richardson made $58 million on his photos between June 2012 and June 2013.
The latest job Jacobs got Terry is the new video clip of Miley Cyrus, the Wrecking Ball was directed by Terry Richardson.

Lady Gaga was recently spotted leaving the  VMA`s rehearsal studio with photographer Terry Richardson wearing just a bra and pants.

The entire video clip was MJ's perverse idea.

Miley Cyrus spent another day at Terry Richardson's photo studio. They took some more photos.

2014 January UPDATE: Miley Cyrus is the star of Jacobs’ Spring 2014 ad campaign. Here’s the first image:

Miley Cyrus poses for Marc Jacobs campaign along with dead girl.

I n the background of the shot taken by David Sims, one zombie-ish blonde model stares vacantly into space, while a seemingly lifeless redhead plays dead on the ground to her left.

Miley showed her support for the LGBT community by posting a photo of herself wearing a pro-gay rights campaign T-shirt designed by Marc Jacobs on Twitter two days ago.

Beth Ditto and Marc Jacobs

Marc Jacobs and Beth Ditto were very good friends from the beginning of her fame. After my book about Marc Jacobs was published, Marc wrote a song about my book and asked Beth Ditto to sing it. Of course she said yes! The title of the song: " I Wrote The Book".

BETH DITTO on the cover of Katie Grand's Love Magazine

Marc and Beth Ditto are still very good friends. Jacobs sent her a new Marc by Marc Jacobs dress for her appearence on the red carpet.

Here is a video with me, sending a message for Marc Jacobs

I made this video in 2012 summer. I was wearing my own designed stripped Angel Barta dress. In 2012 summer polka dots were the must have trends of the summer. 2 months later Jacobs designed a collection full of stripped outfits... each single outfit was stripped!

Marc Jacobs and Joe Jonas (another former Disney star)

This was not the only time when MJ wrote a song for a singer. Here is another example.
Joe Jonas, a young American singer, who is as close friends with the designer, that he even lived in Marc' apartment for a couple of months, in New York.( Read more details on Elle.com
Of course Jonas could not say no to Marc when he asked him to sing this song about my love with Marc. Watch the video, it was recorded in Paris, you will see at 2:15, that the girl in the clip is called Angel, like me and at 0:50 the boy writes " Angel" with red lipstick.

How did Jacobs use one of my idea for several times?

I was wearing my own designed coat in 2011 during Paris Fashion week.

Check out the pics, how he has copied my coat and every single details on my photo since then...

1st. Marc Jacobs copied the concept of my photo for his ad campaign.

2nd. He used my magenta-blue colour combination to design a Marc by Marc Jacobs handbag...

3rd. He not just copied my blue-magenta coat, but also made Lady Gaga wear it

They met in Paris and he talked her into wearing it! By the way he designed that dress for the french brand Comme des Garcons. ( He often wears Comme de Garcons outfits, for example the pink " nightgown" he was wearing at the Louis Vuitton exhibition opening Event. )

Marc Jacobs is wearing a Comme des Garcons nightgown for the sophisticated Louis Vuitton Exhibition Opening Event.

4th. Jacobs recently copied my color-combination

for his Marc by Marc Jacobs Resort 2014

I was wearing this coat for the Fashion Week in 2013 March Paris.

Anna Dello Russo

It seems that Anna Dello Russo ( editor of Vogue Japan) really liked my coat with the big ribbon. After we met she copied me. The brand of her dress is Nina Ricci! What a coincidence! That dress never was on the catwalk, you could see it only on Anna dello Russo.
Marc Jacobs designed that dress with the help of Katie Grand and Peter Copping.
Peter Copping used to be the right hand of Marc Jacobs at Louis Vuitton for more then 10 years. In 2009 Marc got him the creative director job at Nina Ricci. This way Marc can control the design team at Nina Ricci too. Peter designs what his supporter wants him to. Marc puts his ex colleagues at most of the fashion brands... he wants to control the whole fashion industry.
This is how Marc can copy my ideas for Nina Ricci. The Hungarian models usually walk the NR catwalk.

First Marc copies my designs then spreads it in the whole world... and it becomes a trend.

Miley Cyrus with new model Cara Delevingne

Guess, I don't need to explain why you see Cara Delenvigne everywhere lately. Delevingne’s rise to modeling stardom can be tracked back to Marc Jacobs and Katie Grand, who frequently puts Delevingne in (and even on the cover of) her magazine, Love. By the way Kate Moss ( the other woman who is so passionately french kissing Jacobs) is on the cover of the same issue of LOVE Magazine. It was Jacobs' idea to launch the Love Magazine and he put Katie Grand as editor in chief. The models featured in the magazine have to realise all his perverse fantasies in the editorials.
Marc Jacobs`s team: Miley Cyrus, Karlie Kloss, Cara Delevingne, Rita Ora, Karen Elson, Derek Blasberg. Marc made successful EACH of them.

Jacobs booked Delevingne for his mainline and Louis Vuitton spring/summer 2013 catwalk shows, and picked her to appear nude on his 'Protect The Skin You're In' T-shirts to raise money for skin cancer research... she also starred in Jacobs's perverse short Louis Vuitton video. Marc loves Cara a lot, now he just wants Katie Grand to take responsibility for her instant success, so Jacobs can stay in the background.

Marc Jacobs with Natalia Vodianova

Another example...

I was wearing my vintage style Angel Barta high-waisted bikinis on the beach in 2011 and 2012 summer and posted the photos later on facebook... in 2012 summer Taylor Swift was wearing the exact copy of my bikinis with Marc Jacobs shorts ( her bikinis had no brand, it was only made for this occasion)  ... Marc can control what the celebrities wear through his close friend, Rachel Zoe, stylist from Hollywood, she dresses Taylor.

How interesting is that Taylor was wearing  Marc by Marc Jacobs shorts with the bikini

Rihanna:

First: I was wearing hold-ups every day in Paris in 2010...
Next step: Jacobs made Rihanna to wear hold-ups
Third step: Jacobs even himself put on hold-ups with his best friend Lorenzo

Here is my video in front of the Louis Vuitton Tent during Paris Fashion Week. This is what I feel every season before his shows... knowing that the models are inside fitting the clothes that were originally my ideas... and I.. I have to be standing outside...

Here is my video in front of the Louis Vuitton tent:

Marc Jacobs copied many of photos for Dior campaigns. His ex colleague Camille Micheli is the creative jewelry director at the brand. You can read more about Dior and how they use my ideas, here

18 years old Lily McMenamy had to walk topless on his latest fashion show in New York. She said Marc told her how to hold her breasts in one hand. Marc did not let her go home until 2.am.
