I've been thinking a lot about simplicity and styling over the last week (more of which at a later date). What works and what doesn't, and why. Margaret Howell's spring/summer 2015 campaign photography by Alasdair McLellan illustrates this beautifully (I'm sure I'm not the only one who squirrels Margaret Howell lookbooks away for future reference). Shot at the wonderful De La Warr Pavillion in East Sussex, the perfect modernist location for a traditional British brand:
