A quick lunch break was spent mostly waiting. Cramming it on the way back.
BeeBee Cafe is a cute spot in South Melbourne potentially powered by Groupon deals.
Bright and cheery interiors, I could see the bee theme.
Soda and pani toastie with cheese and tomato. As basic as it gets.
Service was fine though so slow I could have made it myself. 20 minutes! That's crazy. What did you do, make the bread yourself? I have a feeling that they actually forgot my order, and there was no one else ordering at the time...
Based on the food and speed alone I can see why the ratings are low.
