WHAT: Alexander McQueen Spring/Summer 2018. Creative Director for Alexander McQueen Sarah Burton's new Spring/Summer collection shown in Paris Fashion Week.

INSPIRATION: The gardens of Great Dixter (above), the family home of gardener and gardening writer Christopher Lloyd, was the main inspiration for Sarah Burton and her design team. There were also the very McQueen touches of Medieval, Punk and semi-deconstructed beauty.

WHAT: Christian Dior RTW Fall/Winter 2017. It was all about BLUE at Christian Dior Fall/Winter 2017. Dior Creative Director Maria Grazia Chiuri said she was inspired by a quote from Monsieur Dior in which he said "Among all the colors, navy blue is the only one which can ever compete with black, it has all the same qualities". The runway was covered in all shades of blue. the clothes ranged from blue denim overalls, indigo blue velvet suits, blue-and-black plaid elongated culottes to A-line Midi-length midnight blue dresses.

TRENDS: Blue is the new Black; Midi length; berets; combat boots; relaxed elegance; "feminist" femininity.

A.Detacher jest to marka kojarzona przede wszystkim z wygodnymi ubraniami (najczęściej sukienkami) we wzory. Jej główną projektantką jest Polka, Mona Kowalska.

Kolekcja na wiosnę/lato 2016 to midi (za kolano) sukienki w inspirowane Indonezją, kwiatowe wzory. Później pojawiły się grochy.

Zawsze staram się udowodnić, że wysoka moda to sztuka ale użytkowa. Dlatego dzisiaj mam dla Was trzy looki inspirowane najnowszą kolekcją tej marki.

A.Detacher is a brand primarily associated with a comfortable clothes (usually dresses) in patterns. The chief designer is there a Mona Kowalska from Poland.

The Spring/Summer 2016 collection it’s midi (behind knee) dresses in floral patterns inspired by Indonesia. Next were polka dots.

I always try to prove that fashion is an art but applied. Today I have for you a three looks inspired by the newest A.Detacher collection.

How to Embrace Victorian-Inspired Clothing Trend

While the Victorian trend may seem over the top to some, there are ways to wear it without looking like you’ve time traveled in from 1850. Because there isn’t anything more romantic than ruffles, lace, and high-neck collars and I can’t wait to wear some of these beautiful blouses.

The easiest way is a lace turtleneck ruffled white shirt, that looks fab with your high waisted trousers, a simple a-line skirt, or your favourite skinny jeans.

While these blouses can steal the spotlight, they do look great layered. Style them under blazers, biker jackets, dresses, and sweaters. This kind of blouse can look great under a short-sleeved cashmere tee, a grey tweed sheath dress, a classic pantsuit, a distressed denim jacket, a v-neck merino sweater. You’ll find a blouse of this type can be quite versatile no matter your personal style.

The simple Victorian take: a bit of sheer, white lace, ruffles in either a shirt, a dress, a skirt. Paired with a denim item it’ll be a very chic fresh look.

You just can't lose with a Victorian blouse. With jeans, a midi skirt, mannish trouser… it always looks the business.
