If your favourite clothing shops are starting to confuse you with thousands of so called "spring trends", then you are in the right place.
Let's be honest, we don't really need to revolution our entire wardrobe every season to fit a specific seasonal trend; sometimes what we really need is a trendy key-piece to glam up our personal style.

As you know, when it comes to fashion I am all about statement pieces and timeless ones: never waste your money if it is not worth it.
This season seems to be all about fringes & lace-up sandals...(Groundbreaking) I dare you to find anything different on the market right now.
Just to be clear, I am not a fan of festivals-inspired fashion: basically because it doesn't fit most of our daily occasions. I mean, spring is much more than Coachella, isn't it?
However I have found out a compromise: take the best out of festival fashion and turn it into something more metropolitan and chic. That's why I have included fringed skirts and heeled lace-up sandals in my spring essentials list: original pieces that should be part of every woman's wardrobe.
Last but not least a classic trench coat, which I can describe just as "money well spent!". This is a timeless coat that applies to almost any kind of personal style, from the more casual ones to most chic ones: this is one of those fashion design you would never regret buying.

Miu Miu sunglasses are a must for every fashionista. There are so many iconic models to choose from. I really like these pale green sunnies with a '70s retro vibe. They have big round frames and pentagonal-shaped lenses.
I have a thing for light aqua nail polishes (I even believe that they make your hands look more tanned, if this makes sense). YSL created this lovely pastel jasper green shade, called 'Peace Green', for the Spring 2016 'La Laque Couture' limited edition collection.
I also picked a pretty playsuit with floral appliques, which is from an Aussie label I'm currently obsessed with: Alice McCall.

Brace yourselves girls: we are in THAT time of the year when every gym owner makes a lot of money because of your dreams of a perfect bikini body. But what about the look? It has to be comfortable when you are working out but also fashionable and as to distract people at the gym from the fact that you probably are sweating like a pig. First of all I've chosen Adidas floral leggings: it's a good choice if you don't like to show your bottom with a supershort pair of...shorts. In my opinion Under Armour is one of the best athletic brand. Do you remember the stretchy shirt Chris Evans wore in the first scenes of "Capitan America: the Winter Soldier"? Yeah. Under Armour. This bra will embrace your chest and will help to keep all in place; but please, don't forget this is a bra, you have to wear a top on it. Last, from the top to the shoes. I have a crush for Nike shoes because they are so colorful and cushy. These in particular are recommended for fitness and training. Don't forget to choose your shoes depending on the type of sport you want to perform. Ok. Now you can go and burn down that fat around your paunch!
