Non-political weather forecast

Non-political weather forecast

It's mostly cloudy out there. Temperture about 29 degrees Celcius. Probably it's going to rain soon.

Down in JB it's about the same.

I will probably have to drive in the rain later. Should had changed those front tyres. Botak already.

In the East Coast it's slightly sunnier at my favourite town. Temperture about the same too.

Up north from our shores, it's also cloudy in Taipei. Between 17 and 27 degrees Celcius. Normal early spring I guess.

Even further up north, in a place where I wish I am now, it's raining with temperture between 3 and 7 degrees Celcius. It's however going to be sunny there over the next four days. Very good :-)

Well, I'm just feeling nostalgic today. Really not looking forward to drive back to JB later in the day.

Wish I can stay here and be happy. No political bullshits to deal with.

Sorry ya, I'm still in the rambling mood.

Take care everyone.
The writings of a tired cat

The writings of a tired cat

On the move. Been a very tiring day. No energy to think what to write.

So, for tonight I think I just comment a bit a bit on what those on my blog roll wrote in their latest posting.

Here are my take on the latest five postings by them -

1. Apanama - About Malaysiakini intentionally misrepresenting a statement by MACC about the AG Chamber. I don't really understand why people want to subscribe to Malaysiakini. The reporting is blatantly one sided and with clear cut agenda to undermine what ever is good about this country. If you are so gian to read pro-Pakatan bullshit, read Malaysian Insider. At least you don't pay to get conned. That makes you only half stupid.

2. Alizul - The five most wierd fast food joints in the world. I always like reading Alizul's infomative postings. A break from the usual politics nonsense.

3. Economics Malaysia - He wrote about ETP and GTP reports. Sorry, EM, I look at the title and decided to read it later. Too tired lah to read all those complicated reports now. Later ya...

4. Another Brick in the Wall - About Ku Li. Well, nothing new about this PM wannabe prince. Never tired one this guy. Over 70 already, still at it. Let him be lah. Wasting saliva only if want to talk about this type of Malay leaders.

5. Che Det - The handsome old man went to great length explaining some Islamic religious matter raised by one of his readers. It's amazing that he still takes the trouble to do that. If I'm of his age, I don't think I can be bothered anymore. May Allah bless Tun M. He may not be an ulama or ustaz, but he definitely don't get caught in a hotel room with other people's wife or some cute foreign prostitute.

Still can't post pictures or video clips. Can't even make links. No time to go to cybercafe to do proper posting. Have to use this useless old netbook again.

I actually feels like writing about the Dong Zong president and his fake credentials, but not on this netbook. Anyway, that one kudos to SatD. He is the one in my blog roll who first got the story. I pity the Chinese educationists, they are led by such conmen against people like SatD. I hope the Chinese ultra warrior shuzheng, who is also in my blog roll can write about that issue too. I defend Chinese schools, not appreciated, so, let a hanyu expert defend the Dong Zong boss la.

The smart local government of Gorontalo

I am quite sure the "all women party" which I proposed in my last posting will not be too harsh with the men folks once they come to power. Well, at least the upheaval that follows will not be as bad as if Pakatan win the next general election la.

I am quite sure they would not be going around castrating wayward husbands and boyfriends. Just maybe put them on a tighter leash only ...maybe.

The most is that they may do things like in this story, just to prevent men from bullying women too much -

AFP
Friday, Mar 02, 2012
GORONTALO, Indonesia - Thousands of male Indonesian civil servants had their monthly pay transferred to their wives' bank accounts this week in a bid by a local government to stop men having affairs.
The Gorontalo administration on northern Sulawesi island issued the recommendation early this year to its 3,200 civil servants, saying it would help control funds usually spent on mistresses.
"Men are usually unable to control their behaviour if they have too much money in their pocket," government spokesman Rifly Katili told AFP.
"I'm pretty sure this will eliminate the possibility of love affairs that undermine families."
About 90 percent of the workers are voluntarily taking part in the initiative, Katili said.
"This kind of initiative will also empower the employees' wives to learn about household budget management," he said.
Katili said many wives had complained to the governor that their husbands withheld how much they earned, typically between one and four million rupiah ($110-$440) a month.
Katili did not know how many civil servants had cheated on their wives.
"Unfortunately, we never researched that."

Ok, maybe we can also modify the NEP so that women have a percentage ownership quota of the country's wealth. I wonder how much of this country's wealth now belong to women....must be a bit only considering the large number of terrible men in this country.

Men are bastards

I'm putting aside for now the DAP's Lynas radioactive Chinese scare crap. Quite a few postings on it already. If there are still those who can't get it what Guang Eng gang really want out of the thing, then it's none of my business anymore. Saving the environment my ass la Guan Eng.

Well, want to write about other things also leh.

Ok, last night I watched this very good movie.

The Girl with the Dragon Tattoo. Gripping like hell.

It stars the beautiful beautiful beautiful Rooney Mara.

Mara was nominated for Best Actress during the recent Acadamy Award for her portrayal of the character Lisbeth Salander in the movie but didn't win. Too bad since she was so damn good as that character. Watching the movie, I almost wished that I'm a lesbian....go and watch it (try to find the uncensored one) and you will know why I said that.

The movie is an adaptation of a novel. Here is the background from Wikipedia -

The Girl with the Dragon Tattoo (original title in Swedish: Män som hatar kvinnor – "Men Who Hate Women") is a crime novel by Swedish author and journalist Stieg Larsson. It is the first book in the trilogy known as the "Millennium series".
At his death in November 2004, Larsson left the three unpublished novels that make up the trilogy. They became posthumous best-sellers in several European countries as well as in the United States.

Actually, the movie leaves me with the impression that men are all bastards.

They will cheat and abuse at the expense of their women whenever they have the opportunity. Every single one of them....including the pious holy ustaz types.

But I don't blame men for being bastards, because I think they were born weak with such characteristics..

The fault actually lies with women if they let themselves be conned by men.

We know that men are natural-born bastards yet we let them do all that kind of nonsense to us, so who's to blame?

Ok ok, I know, life is more complicated than that....but seriously, for goodness sake women, stand up to your men lah. Don't let them push you around too much, ok?

Now, come to think of it, why don't all women in Malaysia set up their own party.

Parti Wanita Malaysia (ok, the name can be changed later to something more cool) which is exclusively for women.Half of the population are women what. What's wrong with that?

The other parties were in fact set up along similar categorized population  percentage :
Umno, Pas - about 55 per cent Malay Muslims

DAP, MCA, Gerakan  - about 28 per cent Chinese
MIC, PPP and such - about 10 per cent Indians
Then there are all those Sabah and Sarawak parties which were formed based on ethnic line.

I seriously think an all women party will do good for this country. At least we can break away from that racial thing. I don't think a gender-based party is all too bad.

Women tend to be less corrupt, more responsible and passionate about getting the best for this country.

Wanita Umno, for instance are the backbone of the party (too bad its current chief is Shahrizat lah....sometimes I think she looks like a man). They do the donkey but crucial works. Campaigning from door to door are mostly done by them. All those lousy menfolks, especially the Pemuda Umno are mostly only good at lepaking at the kedai mamak. Talk talk only la....jockeying for party posts la, getting contracts la, getting new wives la etc etc.....true isn't it? Ok Ok, I'm exaggerating....some of the Umno men are good people, but really la, given the chance, they too want to do that kind of nonsense too.

Eh, the Pakatan men also don't try to fool people, ok? You all are bastards too. Just look at the much suffering Wan Azizah. You really think that she don't know that's really her husband in the video ka? Come on la. Who are we trying to bluff? Just imagine the pain she has to endure for that.

Then there's Elisabeth Wong. Aiya, that boyfriend of her har....after had his pleasure, still want to take pictures some more. Really kinky bastard. Get her in trouble only. Poor girl.

Then there's all those PKR ustaz types like Badrul Amin....got two/three wives still got in trouble like that.

Oh, you all remember the sad story of this very beautiful Chinese Cambodian lady and her two children?

This one is the work of a super pious Kelantan Pas leader. Really shameful lah.

Eh, the non-Malay men are also not that much good either ok? There was of course Dr Chua Soi Lek (at least he own up). And DAP men also not that much good either. I know a very sordid story about one of their leaders, but was sworn to secrecy. You all want to think I'm bluffing go ahead la but DAP girls in Penang know la about this story.

Indian men also got such nonsense you know. Last time got DP Vijendren. Still got like that one, just that we don't have evidence la. Really, sure got one. Men will always be men no matter what are their race or religion.

In conclusion, women should consider taking charge of things. You let men run your life, you will probably end up suffering over and over again.

Now, who should we get as our first president of an all women party for this country?

Teaching Pakatan MPs how to shut down radioactive plants

The guys at The Mole today came up with this rather hard to understand article -

MP blames BN for Shah Alam rare earth magnet factory

Well, at least it is hard for me to understand because the two MPs they quoted seems to be quite incoherent.

If you all can understand them then good for you all lah. But sorry ya...I don't really get what they are trying to articulate.

Ok, first there was Pas' Khalid Samad the MP of Shah Alam where the Japanese rare earth magnet factory is located.

He was quoted as saying this when asked what should be done to the plant which could and probably has turned some people of Shah Alam into mutants due to its use of rare earth raw materials -

"We cannot do anything about it. What could we do? It has been operational for years and we cannot simply stop it. This is the failure of the previous BN led government.

"The government in the past had made the mistake by approving such a plant in Shah Alam. Now we in Pakatan Rakyat are more aware and would not allow such factories to operate. Look at how we are standing up against Lynas,"

Hmmm....first the handsome YB said cannot do anything and then blame the previous BN government. So, the plant dangerous la and it's all the fault of BN...but is that all to it?

What he really meant by cannot do anything? Pakatan-led Selangor government cannot just pulled the plug ka? The plant could be as dangerous as Lynas you know. Don't want to at least investigate the plant ka and see if there is any radiation? Check first la, probably the radiation at the plant is worse than the one in Lynas.

Pakatan people kan very concerned about the environment. Why not do demo in front of the plant. Pas people can lie down on the road in front of the plant and stop the lorries coming in and out of it. Ala, like that one you all did in Perak last time. Better still if you all can get your DAP friends to lie down on the road with you....hehehehe....see la can or not. After awhile sure close down la that place. Eh, that one also I need to teach ka?

Hmmm....wonder if these charming anti-Lynas ladies are willing to join the Pas people lying down on the road to save the Malaysian environment.....what do you all think?

After Khalid, the Mole people went and interviewed the heroine of Lynas Fuziah Salleh, the MP of Kuantan. I told you all this lady blur blur you all don't want to listen and still want to get her quote, see, she just made your article even more hard to understand.

Fuziah claimed the rare earth magnet producing factory in Selangor and the Lynas rare earth plant in Gebeng, Kuantan were two separate matters.

The PKR vice president said, "rare earth element in Shah Alam factory is not radioactive as it has already been processed."

"Lynas is the rare earth ore processing plant which processes the rare earth element such as crushing and extracting it, while leaving the waste that contains radioactive. Thus the factory in Shah Alam is safe as it only involves downstream activity".

Hmmm...I wonder how the hell she came to that conclusion. Simply simply said one ka? Makchik, you check your facts properly or not? Why not you at least ask for experts to be appointed by the Selangor government to check check first the place. You as a number one environmentalist should at least demand that what. Or is it you simply tembak your facts like what you did on the Lynas issue. Experts said also you don't want to believe.

Oh, in that article, Fuziah also confirmed my suspicion that she tend to say something simply to look popular even though it makes her sounds not very intelligent and contradictory. See this -

Fuziah also took time to explain that she was not totality against the setting up of the Lynas rare earth plant but was concerned about the safety of the people and the environment.

She also denied politicising the issue.

Quite blur isn't she? Told you, you don't want to believe....sheessshhh....

Can we swap status and I become a real Chinese?

Someone called me this morning and complained about the bumiputera status of the Malaysian Siamese community.

It arises from a news that PM DS Najib Razak had a get-together function with the Siamese community yesterday and announced that they are bumiputera.

What Najib said was really nothing new, as the status was given to the community since Merdeka  but maybe some people may have heard it for the first time.

There are less than 100,000 Malaysian Siamese in this country. They are mostly farmers living in their villages in Perlis, Kedah and Kelantan.

This person who complained about their bumiputera status asked me how come they got it while other decendants of migrants such as the Chinese and Indians were not given the status.

Well, I tried to explain that the Siamese community have been living in the northern States for generations, and that they are not rally migrants from Thailand. But this was immediately shot down.

"I'm a fifth generation of my family living in this country. How come I cannot become a bumiputera? You yourself on the other hand is just a third generation immigrant, how come you are a bumiputera?" the person asked.

Shit man, tak pasal-pasal I sudah kena leh....At that point I really feel like singing this song - Pendatang Song.

Hmmm...but I let it passed. I know when the talk reached this stage, I better give way. No point in arguing.

So I just said I will check with the NRD if I can transfer my bumiputera status to the person. Honestly, I really don't need my bumiputera status anymore because I'm planning to migrate to Taiwan end of this year. It would be nice if I can have the person's Chinese status in return. All these while also I never asked to be a bumiputera or remember getting some discounted priced stuff for that status.

Of course I was scolded again for trying to be too smart with my answer. But at least it was just for being a stupid irritating dumb ass and not because I am some sorts of  a bumiputera supermacist. Actually, if it was someone else on the other end of the line, I may fight till the bitter end on this...but not with this person. This person is actually a good person except for the bad habit of reading too much DAP propaganda stuff in the internet,,,,I think.

Anyway, I am glad  the person still called me despite knowing I'm a supporter of the evil BN  :)

Ok, a bit about the Malaysian Siamese community, I took from Wikipedia -

Politically, Malaysian Siamese are recognised as Bumiputeras and are given similar status to the Malays, Kadazan-Dusuns, Ibans and Malaccan Portuguese.
Most Malaysian Siamese people are Buddhists of the Theravada sect. Their place of worship is called the Wat. Each Wat has several monks administering it.

Most Malaysian Siamese people lead a way of life similar to the Malays. This is evident especially among the Kelantanse Siams. One could not differentiate a Malay or a Siamese if they are not heard speaking their own language. The only distinctive mark among them is their religion and language. Otherwise Malaysian Siamese are like Malays as they also speak fluent local Malay dialects.

A little pig oinking at our police

Johor Pas youth chief Suhaizan Kaiat had alleged that a special branch police officer was apprehended by Pas members in the early morning today for distributing anti-Pas flyers in Pengerang, Johor.

He made the allegation during a Press conference at the Southern Johor Chinese Press Club in Johor Bahru.

He claimed that Pas have pictures of the policeman and that checks with the local police station had confirmed that the policeman is from the special branch.

When pressed by reporters, Suhaizan however admitted that the "policeman" was released shortly after he was detained and no police report had been lodged about the alleged incident.

Now, that's rather convenient isn't it?

Accuse the police of doing a dastardly deed without any evidence and then sit back to see the damage done.

Before I proceed further, here is something I previously wrote about this Suhaizan fella so that you all have a better understanding what kind of a jerk he is - Guan Eng's cute pet pig .

Personally, I am of the opinion that this prick should be charged under the Seditious Act for trying to smear the reputation of our police force.

Please excuse me, as I need to express my anger in Malay for this. I will try not to be too vulgar.

"Sesiapa boleh dakwa polis kalau dah terdesak. Pas dah tersepit dengan isu Israel Anwar dan Bai'ah laknat dunia akhirat, cuba nak cari scapegoat dan divert isu.
"Banyak kerja lain polis nak buat. Apa nak susah-susah sebar risalah. Orang Umno kan ada. Dia orang Pas sebar risalah fitnah cara terang-terangan tak pe pulak. Memang kerja dia orang nak cari isu konon nak dapat simpati....piiiiraaah!!!!
"Selama ini polis berkorban nyawa pertahankan keselamatan orang ramai, tak siapa peduli atau nak puji melangit jauh sekali.
"Dia orang ni sebenarnya jenis manusia tak makan saman.  Main jubor 3/4 kali masih nak kata manusia anugerah tuhan.
"Jilat bontot DAP tak apa, tapi orang Islam yang nak hulur tangan berdamai ditolak bulat-bulat.
"Biar dia terjun dengan labu-labunya. Tohmahan mereka ni tak jadi kudis.
"Sebelum ini lagi teruk polis kena bashing but they are still walking tall.

To our good policemen, I salute you all.

Irritating Umno people and Tempe Asoka

Today, I'm feeling a bit tired of Umno people....ok, just some of them. Irritating la.

The Pakatan people attacked me, I can handle, but what I find exasperating are Umno people who until now do not seems to realise that if they don't take care of their party now, things would get really ugly in the next general elections.

Instead of focusing their energy on fighting the Pakatan, they are busier with furthering their own personal interests, ego and agendas.

Why can't they save all that nonsense, at least until after the election?

Let's not even talk about sacrificing for the perjuangan lah. And these Umno people are mostly office bearers. Again, not all, but many of them.

From what I observe at the grass-root level, most of the ones who are sincerely fighting for the cause are the humble cawangan-level people.

I'm more comfortable hanging out with these type of Umno people. They are mostly the makchik-makchik and pakchik-pakchik whose only motivation is to ensure a better future for their children by ensuring this country remains a place where the Malays stand a chance to catch up with those of other races.

One of the things which stops me from joining Umno is the thought of having to mix around with all those types of Umno people whom I dislike. Really can't tahan their arrogance and pretensions.

Still, I do believe in what Umno stands for, that is to protect the interests of the Malays and being fair to the other races. The same as those of MCA, and MIC for the people they represent. Let's not fool ourselves, our country is still politically race-based. That's the reality, and this can be seen by the Pakatan's strategy when they divide themselves to contest constituencies with racial geographic as a determinant.

Ish, why la I am getting all serious....when I earlier thought of posting something, I thought of  putting something fun to counter this negative feelings about those irritating Umno people. Now I end up being preachy and irritating myself. Sorry ya.

Ok, here is something fun. My favourite Japanese cartoon when I was a small kid. Best in the world la at that time....eerrr, please ignore the subtitles, ok?
