Actress Rooney Mara wore this black silk tulle gown from Valentino at tonight's 2016 SAG Awards. The gown was simple, with a gathered bust, waistband and softly flared skirt. It was a very Fashion Minimalist look, which to be honest, was slightly on the boring side.
